Classes begin Monday, March 13th from 5 - 6 pm. This will be a 6-week session with a break for Pesach. Students will be taught basic skills, including hand, body and kicking actions, as well as flexibility and fitness training. ** Free trial class on Monday, February 27th from 5-6 pm.
